These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AKLO application and related services ("AKLO," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AKLO, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. User Obligations

  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service or its content.
  • Not attempt to access the Service's source code or use the Service for unauthorized purposes.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain with AKLO Focus LLC.

4. Account Registration and Security

  • You may need to create an account to use certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We cannot guarantee the Service is 100% secure, and you are responsible for securing your device and account.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

  • AKLO operates on a subscription model, offering both free and paid tiers. Currently, there is no free trial.
  • Subscription fees are billed periodically and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Payments are processed via third-party platforms (e.g., App Store, Google Play). Refunds are subject to the respective platform's policies.

6. Service Availability and Dependencies

The Service relies on a stable internet connection and modern device operating systems. Certain features may not function properly if:

  • Your internet connection is unstable or unavailable.
  • You are using an unsupported device or OS version.
  • Third-party services integrated into the app experience outages.

We are not responsible for performance issues arising from these factors.

7. Pricing Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or introduce new charges. If we make changes:
  • We will provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect.
  • You may cancel your subscription before the new pricing applies.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized activity. You may terminate your account by following the instructions within the Service.

9. Uninstalling the Service

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. To cancel, follow the instructions in the app or your account settings on the relevant platform (e.g., App Store, Google Play).

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including trademarks and copyrights, belong to AKLO Focus LLC. You may not infringe on these rights.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for these services, and your use of them may be governed by their respective terms.

12. Data and Feedback

  • By using the Service, you consent to:
  • The collection and use of technical and usage data for service improvement.
  • Allowing any reviews or feedback you provide to be made public.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AKLO Focus LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • AKLO Focus LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

17. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AKLO in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

18. Rights Infringement

You must respect the intellectual property and other rights of third parties when using the Service.
